An important component of the UCU community is its graduates . Interaction with them is one of the urgent priorities of the university. Regardless of where they live and what they do, graduates remain the bearers of identity and cherish the values ​​of UCU. The alumni community is an effective platform for sharing experiences, finding relevant solutions and ideas, forming effective teams, and implementing the University's mission far beyond its walls. 

The goals of Alumni Relations are to develop this community, encouraging graduates to actively participate in the life of the University, assisting in the implementation of joint and own projects.

The project manager is called to strengthen the team in the direction of organizing events and large-scale information drives for the alumni community and the University in general. 

Future project manager:

• is a graduate (this) UKU
• loves and knows how to create events of various formats and sizes< /li>
• shares the values ​​of UCU, wants to contribute to the creation of the brand of an influential community - UCU Alumni
< /ul>

And also meets most or all of the following criteria:

• has experience in organizing events/projects from 2 years
• has management experience from 1 year
• knows the basics of record keeping and creating event budgets
• is able to create a logistics map, schedules and scenario plans for large events
• knows how to interact with volunteers, designers, photo and video services and other partners in the organization of special events
• is able to combine the management of several projects at the same time
• is able to use digital tools for project management and assign tasks to the team
• understands the principles of strategic communications, follows the norms of Ukrainian spelling and business ethics
• knows how to build relationships with mass media and influential media platforms
• has English level B1 and above
• can work in the Google application ecosystem

Features and capabilities:

• organization of events for and with the participation of UCU Alumni
• leading such projects as: Jordanian Knitting, UCU Pre Alumni, Alumni Forum, etc.
• presentation of concepts and justification of project budgets in front of University managers, partners, donors and the Alumni Association
• formation of budgets, hourly plans, schedules, project scenario plans
• < span style="font-weight: 400">setting tasks for the involved co-organization team
• creating and description of event concepts, their implementation
• event\project documentation
• search and engagement of temporary teams and contractors
• involvement in projects of colleagues from other departments of UCU
• communication with representatives of faculties and graduates of UCU to generate info-drives and accompanying content
• work with designers, video and photo production
