IT Specialist has partnership agreements with leading manufacturers of software and hardware solutions, such as IBM, Check Point, Cisco, Symantec, Intersystems, Dynatrace, Qualys, etc. We are constantly developing our partner portfolio and the level of competence of our team to make the world safer. Main functional responsibilities
- Organization and planning of service provision in accordance with the terms of contracts and agreements with Customers.
- Maintenance and updating of data on the status of service provision in accounting systems (Jira, CRM).
- Administrative support and control of the service provision process:
- Monitoring tasks and progress control.
- Management of a team of project participants, assignment of tasks, access control.
- Organization of interaction between project participants and communication with Customers.
- Moderation and participation in work meetings, coordination of discussions and results.
- Formation and reporting on the progress of service implementation (weekly/monthly/quarterly reports).
- Identifying risks and their prompt processing.
- Confirmation of acceptance of services by the Customer.
- Administrative closing of projects, archiving of documents.
Management of complaints and evaluation of satisfaction Customers.- Evaluation of the quality of the work of specialists and the effectiveness of team interaction.
- Development of service provision standards and procedures.
- Formation of proposals for the development and expansion of the range of services for Customers.
Requirements for the candidate:
- 1+ years of management experience IT projects or services (preferably in the field of cyber security or of information technologies).
- Higher technical or managerial education.
- Experience inproject and task management.
- Experience with task and project accounting systems (Jira, Trello, Planner or similar).
- Ability to create reports.
- Management of teams, coordination of work processes.
- Skills of communication, organization and holding meetings with customers.
- Responsibility, attention to detail, ability to organize and plan.
- Communication, ability to resolve conflict situations.
- Initiative, proactive approach to solving problems and developing new opportunities.
Knowledge of the basics of cyber security and IT infrastructure will be an advantage.
