Requirements:

Hard skills:

• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Experience of working with platforms for organizing tasks ( Worksection, Asana, Basecamp or similar).
• Ability to form budgets.
• Skills in conducting negotiations and identifying client needs.
• Understanding the basics of marketing, SMM, advertising and creative process.
• Ability to identify potential risks of projects and develop strategies to minimize them.
• Skills of rapid response and decision-making in crisis situations.

< strong>Soft skills:

• Proactiveness and desire to work on various projects.
• Availability of own opinion and reasoned position.
• Ability to perceive constructive criticism.
• Attention to details and stress resistance.
• Ability to work on several tasks at the same time.

Responsibilities:

• Coordination of projects in areas: development of ideas for advertising campaigns, videos, visuals, banners, communication strategies.
• Communication with clients (briefings, presentations).
• Distribution of tasks among the team.
• Control of tasks according to the client's brief.
• Formation of budgets and timings for all projects.
• Solution of operational issues in the process of work on the project.
• Maintenance of documentation, control of budget and resources.
