ZMINA Human Rights Center announces a competition for the position of project manager. The deadline for submitting resumes is November 5, 2024. 

Functional duties:

• management of the project team and interaction with the involved contractors;

• preparation of short-term and long-term action plans for the entire team, ensuring proper and timely implementation of project tasks and indicators, cooperation with involved contractors;

• cooperation and coordination of activities with other units of the organization (site editorial office, communication department);

• organization of events planned within the scope of the project, coordination of the release of reports and thematic reports, media and advocacy activities, trainings, etc.;

• communication with the donor, partners, state authorities, international organizations, public organizations on the topic of the project;

• preparation of reports on the work performed for the management of the organization, preparation of narrative reports for the donor on project implementation;

• monitoring of project resources and budget, organization of procurement within the project.

Requirements for potential candidates:

• higher education in a relevant field (management, administration, public organizations, etc.);

• 3 years of previous successful work experience in the field of project management, project management skills (planning, organization, implementation and control) and document management;

• perfect knowledge of Ukrainian and a level of English not lower than B2;

• excellent business correspondence skills;

• responsibility, diligence, sociability, stress resistance, initiative, punctuality, attention to details, the ability to evaluate work efficiency and the desire to improve work results, creative thinking, empathy, literacy, organization, respect for deadlines, initiative, the ability to work independently and in a team;

• understanding of the issues and value of human rights, commitment to these values.

Full-time employment. The salary will depend on the level and previous experience of the selected candidate and will be determined based on the results of the interview.

Expected start time: November 10, 2024.

Work in the office in Kyiv or partially remotely.
