Task: ensuring project implementation in accordance with the program plan and budget. strong>Responsibilities:
- preparation of the project work plan and launch of the project;
- ensuring comprehensive planning of project implementation at all stages;
- ensuring the implementation of the goals and objectives of the project, in accordance with the commitments made;
- participation in the development of the reporting process and in the further preparation of reports based on the results of the project's activities;
- preparation and maintenance of relevant documentation in as part of the project, concluding contracts, memoranda, etc.;
- organization and implementation of activities of the UMPD program plan as part of project work;
- preparation of announcements, technical tasks and job instructions of team members;
- selection of candidates for the project team, experts, conducting interviews and tests, approval of candidates with the management of UMPD and the donor;
- conducting communication and organizing joint meetings with partners, stakeholders and donors involved in activities within the framework of the project ;
- services for the preparation of presentations and analytical materials related to activities within the framework of the project and international cooperation;
- preparation of letters, including official, requests for consent to partners, stakeholders and donors in Ukrainian and/or English languages;
- ensuring partner interaction with the donor within the framework of project implementation;
- ensuring compliance of all purchases within the project with policies UMPD and the donor;
- development, agreement with the donor and implementation of the project monitoring system, including mechanisms for data collection, data quality and compliance checks, database development;
- ensuring all conditions for passing project and organizational audits;
- providing other professional services related to project implementation and international cooperation.
Requirements:
- higher education (management or other related fields);
- at least 3 years of previous experience in project management, including in OGS;
- experience working with projects from international organizations;
- experience working with mass media will be an advantage;
- knowledge and skills in project management, planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, program and financial reporting, administration, project communications;
- knowledge of legislation in the field of child rights protection and social protection;
- awareness in the field of local self-government;
- leadership qualities;
- diplomatic and developed communication skills;
- fluency in the Ukrainian language;
- knowledge of English will be an advantage;
- computer and technical literacy.
