Position description:
DTCare charity is looking for an experienced software manager for work in the direction of humanitarian aid. The main task is to effectively coordinate the work of the Ukrainian team, maintain communication with partners and ensure a high level of project implementation.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordination of activities of the Ukrainian DTCare team, debugging communication and support of work processes.
• Maintaining communication with partners, organizing cooperation and establishing effective interaction.
• Participating in weekly meetings with the team and partners, ensuring operational communication.

• Preparation of regular reports for management, tracking progress and work results.
• Management of humanitarian projects, planning and control of their implementation.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position (program manager, project coordinator or similar roles).
• Excellent knowledge of the English language for working with an international team and partners.
• High level of organizational skills skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to contribute to humanitarian aid and readiness to actively participate in charity projects.
