Project manager in MUSO

MUSO - interior design bureau'ers and architecture with an office in Kyiv and projects in various cities of Ukraine and Europe. We are looking for a project manager to join the team, who would adjust work processes between clients, contractors and designers.

• Planning and coordination of projects: creating project schedules, monitoring compliance with deadlines, tracking work progress and updating plans in case of changes.

• Communication with clients: regularly informing clients about the progress of projects, managing expectations and providing feedback, as well as coordinating meetings, agreeing plans, presentations, agreeing on changes.

• Organization of team work:Maintaining daily/weekly meetings with designers to monitor the status of tasks and determine priorities. Ensuring coordinated work between all project participants, including contractors and suppliers.

• Coordination of work with contractors and suppliers: interaction with contractors to agree on terms of cooperation, terms of work and quality of materials. Selection of suppliers of materials, furniture and other project components, organization of their delivery.

Our expectations:

• We are looking for a candidate with 1 year of experience in project management , preferably in the field of design or construction.
• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at a high level.
• Experience in interior design or construction at all stages: from concept to implementation is welcome.
