Project manager in CTG

Under the direct leadership of Andrii Stashkiv, the profile deputy of the Minister of Education and Science, the project manager must perform the following duties:

• be the coordinator of the interaction between the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Client in Ukraine regarding the implementation of the School Program nutrition, in matters of school feeding reform, to establish channels of communication between the World Food Program and other ministries, the Office of School Feeding Reform and other reform stakeholders and to ensure that the parties are informed of the latest developments; 
• coordinate the implementation of the School Nutrition Program in cooperation with local self-government bodies and general secondary education institutions that are participants in the School Nutrition Program in 2024-2025.
• Coordinate activities and support the financial assistants of the Program in processing payments, reviewing data and invoices, preparing and checking reports and other tasks;
• represent the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in domestic processes related to the implementation of the School Meals Program and with reforming the school feeding system;
• join the preparation of Memoranda of Understanding, agreements, orders of the Ministry and other official documents related to the implementation of the School Feeding Program and the reform;
• support the implementation of the reform of school meals in Ukraine, representing the Ministry of Education and Culture, collecting data on progress, needs and next steps to be taken;
• facilitate and assist the client in interaction and communication with regional and local authorities and disseminate messages related to with the School Nutrition Program;
• to carry out, within the scope of competence, control over the implementation of the points of the School Nutrition Reform Strategy for the period until 2027 and the Operational Plan of measures for its implementation for 2023-2024, approved by the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. dated 10/27/2023 No. 990; 
• communicate with partners, ministries and other central executive authorities within the framework of the School Feeding Program and Reform;
• collect, collate and analyze data (including monthly reports) from stakeholders and from various sources;
• join the development of draft regulatory documents necessary for the implementation of the project; 

Education:

• higher economic education, business administration or project management;

Experience:

• minimum 2 years of work experience in a relevant position;
• experience in project management in the field education and science is an advantage
• experience in personnel management is welcome and an advantage;
• experience in public positions is desirable;
• proven ability to negotiate at ministerial level is an advantage ;

Skills:

• knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B2;

• ability to build large-scale algorithms, systems;

• developed project management skills; the ability to plan rof self and others;

• demonstrated attention to detail, strong IT skills (especially Excel), problem solving skills;

• ability to deliver results under stress and tight deadlines;< /p>

• strong time management skills;

• high level of independence and interest in the topic.

It is necessary to pass an in-person written exam under supervision in Kyiv.
