Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• Confident mastery of project management processes in construction.< /li>
• Experience as a project manager, understanding the specifics of work;
• High skill in planning, organizing and controlling work processes.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri, from 09-18;
• Official employment;
• Reservation.

Responsibilities:

• Development of a project implementation plan;
• Creation of financing and work execution schedules;
• Organization of works at the facility;
• Interaction with the customer;
• Closing of acts of completed works;
• Control of the cost of purchases and execution of works;
• Control of executive documentation;
• Control of accounts receivable debts.
