We invite you to the team< b style="font-weight: 700">project managerfor the implementation of the activities of the project "Providing protection, socio-psychological and multipurpose monetary assistance to children and their parents in Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Kharkiv and Sumy regions< b style="font-weight: 700">". The project consists of three components: - provision of monetary assistance - provision of comprehensive psychosocial assistance (psychological, speech therapy services and social support services) - training in mine safety.

Project implementation period: May 2024 - April 2025.

If you:

< li>have a higher education in the social sphere, management, law, economics;
• have work experience in the social sphere and/or experience as a coordinator, project manager;
• know the legislation in the social sphere ( in the field of providing social services);
• you have management and communication skills and are able to organize the work of a team;
• you are able to advocate for the benefit of communities at the level of decision-makers;
• have the skills of professional flexibility, know how to improvise and find a way out of difficult situations.
• have English at the B2 level

Your main duties and tasks will be:

• highlighting the main stages of project implementation;
• formation of an operational plan for the preparation and implementation of the project;
• control of the implementation of tasks and project plans in accordance with the project documentation;
• coordinating the work of regional coordinators, technical managers, psychologists, speech therapists, social work specialists, administrators and other persons involved in the implementation of the project;
• fulfilling project tasks and assignments, advising the project team ;
• preparation of project reporting, updates, other documentation and reporting related to project implementation;
• drawing up specifications for procurement;
• communication with suppliers, contractors;
• expert consulting of specialists who provide services;
• administration of project documentation (completeddocument creation, updating, verification, support of agreement) and control of its implementation;
• organization of meetings, preparation of presentations, recording of minutes, participation in meetings and events;
• maintenance of the project archive.
