 Functional responsibilities:

• Organization and adoption of the necessary technical and organizational decisions
• Organization of the process of drawing up the necessary permit documentation and initial data
• Control of the Project budget management and financing schedule
• Management of the project group (lawyer, public accountant, budget specialist, economist) and coordination of work with designers, general contractor and other services of the company and other contractors
• Planning of tenders (contractors, equipment, construction materials and services)
• Creation of methodological support for the project (regulations, regulations), coordination of normative-methodical and organizational-administrative documents for projects
• Monitoring and control of construction stages, compliance with object quality indicators
• Organization of formation and collection of all necessary technical documentation
• Commissioning of the object (acceptance of the object by the commission, signing of acts and transfer operating organization)
• Analysis of project efficiency

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of independent management of a construction project from "0" to commissioning
• Experience in conducting negotiations
• Experience in operational and financial accounting
• Knowledge of the basics of construction organization and the basics of process technology
• Knowledge of computer programs: MS Office, MS Project (Primavera, Spider Project). project
