For work you will need:

• Higher education, preferably civil engineering
• Experience in a similar position at commercial real estate facilities (malls, supermarkets, office centers, etc.)
• Team management experience
• Ability to read technical documentation
• Knowledge of the legal framework in the field of construction, DBN, and other legal acts
• Ability to work for results , meeting deadlines
