Project Manager in millimeters design

Hello, We are Millimeters design, we specialize in commercial interior designs - clinics, shops, restaurants, etc. Among our projects are Myastoria, Mushlya, BPSh, White pours, My kava.

We invite an active Project Manager to join our team. The work is remote and with trips around the city. 

Responsibilities:

• Communication with clients, building trusting relationships, being aware of all matters at the facility, being present at all planning meetings, meetings. 
• Selection of furniture, lighting, decorations, sanitary ware, facing materials (tiles, grout, laminate, etc.) for each project, creation of excel tables for each item, agreement with the customer designer, clarification of availability of delivery goods, preparation of invoices for payment .   
• Communication with contractors, suppliers, issuance of a calculation task, coordination of details with the contractor/designer/client, control of production terms, coordination of delivery to the object. 
• Preparation of commercial offers according to the template Preparation of the contract according to the template of the formation of the contractor base
