We invite an active, purposeful person to join our team to organize the effective work of our Internet projects.

What problems do we need to solve:

- analysis of the technical condition of our projects, development and implementation of a plan to solve them;

- analysis of current advertising campaigns, suggestions for improving efficiency;

- development of a project promotion strategy;

- analysis and search for ways to optimize business processes (for further automation);

- analysis of projects according to key indicators (KPI);

- organization of all necessary measures to maintain sites in proper condition;

- identification of systematic processes and their automation within the company;

- formation of a team of full-time and temporary employees.

Will advantage of experience working with marketplaces, knowledge of the platforms on which our sites are built. Must have skills in writing technical tasks for relevant specialists, search, coordination, control of their implementation, testing. Keeping a log of implemented changes and their systematization.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Mandatory knowledge of analytics.google;
• Communication skills: be able to identify requirements to automation, to hear the wishes of business, employees and customers; to effectively communicate with all participants in the automation process.
• Strategic and critical thinking: to be able to see the company's activities holistically, to look for the best examples of functional implementation, to make development decisions in accordance with the company's needs and development strategy.
• IT project planning and management: be able to define goals, identify resources, define deadlines, prepare technical tasks, test new IT functionality, communicate with the developer, report on the developed functionality.
• Owning the necessary programs.
