Project Manager in DigitalArt

We are a full-cycle digital marketing agency DigitalArt. Our agency has been around for 5 years, during which time we have implemented more than 1,000 projects for clients from Ukraine, Europe, the USA and the Middle East. Our global goal is to scale clients' businesses and take them to a fundamentally new level. Therefore, we have assembled a team of professionals who are working diligently to achieve this goal.

We recently became part of an IT holding. This year, our goal is to triple our profitability, and in 5 years to become one of the TOP digital marketing agencies in Ukraine and increase the share of international clients to 50% . We are currently looking for a top Project Manager to join our team, who will grow with us in the number and scale of projects.

At the beginning of work, your manager will be the CEO of the Company, and in the future you can become a team leader, head of a department or even a C-level manager.

< strong>As part of working on projects, your goals will be:

• To audit the project and estimate its cost;
• Analyze the UTP and the client's offers, determine their competitiveness;
• Develop a project implementation plan with clear deadlines, goals and KPIs, monitor deadlines and the quality of task performance; 
• Together with the project team, form a strategy to achieve the set goals, using advertising tools;
• Form tasks for technical specialists within the framework of the plan; 
• Form TOR for site development; 
• Build high-quality communication with the client and advise him, ensuring a high level of client LTV;
• Conduct NPS-client and determine whether the client is satisfied with our work, make an Up-Sale.

By what criteria are you suitable for us:

• You have experience of from 2 years as a project manager in Digital-Marketing;
• You know how to analyze UTP and in general various business models; 
• You deeply understand the working principles of Digital-Marketing;
• You understand and know how to use Scrum and Kanban approaches;
• You can form a project plan, decompose tasks and manage the project team as individual team team leader;  
• You know how to monitor the results of the project and make timely adjustments;
• You communicate well with the client and build strong long-term relationships. 

It will be a plus, but not necessary:

• You speak English at the levelB2+; 
• Worked inside CMS site systems, such as WordPress or Opencart.
