Requirements:

• From 2 years of experience in an administrative or similar position. Experience working with an NGO or charitable foundation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of: principles of project work,
• systems of organization and control over documentation,
• management of processes and changes,< /li> >

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

• Develops a detailed project implementation plan.
• Monitors deadlines, quality of the implemented project.< /li>
• Prepares reports on projects.
• Communicates with local authorities, looks for locations for project implementation, provides technical support to the project team in all project locations.
• Communicates with partners/ donors of the project, agrees on changes, seeks financing for the continuation of the project. Accompanies the donor during a visit to Ukraine for a project activity visit.
• Manages and maintains relations with the project staff. Allocates, describes and advises on the tasks of each employee, monitors the progress of tasks and provides feedback to employees, motivates to a high level of performance of their functions and duties.
• Manages budget funds, is responsible for decision-making .
• Organizes all necessary resources for the work of employees.
• Forms a project team.
• Manages and monitors the availability of necessary documentation, manages document flow.
