Project manager in Bravo Tools

Job Title: Project Manager at Cool Bud.                                         Key Responsibilities:
  Effective planning, coordination and management of construction projects.
Ensuring timely completion of projects within the approved budget and quality standards.
  Overseeing all phases of the project: from concept development to construction completion.
Management of resources, teams and interaction with contractors and customers.
Achieving successful implementation of projects that meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Risk management and ensuring uninterrupted operation at the facility.           Requirements:
Work experience of 3 years or more in the field of construction.
Experience in residential construction, commercial and industrial facilities.
Higher engineering and construction education.
Knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework in the field of construction (DBN and other legal acts).
Proficiency in the Ukrainian language.
Ability to read drawings and technical documentation.
Knowledge of construction technologies, project management processes, budgeting and financial control.
Experience with project management programs: MES project, Primavera, Prokore, construction CAD program, AutoCAD, Revit.
Knowledge of methods of quality control of construction works and adherence to standards.
Ability to identify, assess and minimize risks in the construction process.
Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.
Experience managing a team at residential, commercial and industrial facilities.
Leadership, attention to detail, problem solving, flexibility, adaptability , negotiation skills.
Having a driver's license is desirable.
Working conditions:                                                                      Working day: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., from Monday to Friday City of Kyiv, Podilsky district (possible consideration of candidates from other cities). Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 hryvnias, bonuses for completed projects. Social package in accordance with current legislation. Coverage of transportation costs for candidates from other cities.
