What we offer:

• Guaranteed rate 25,000 for the trial period, after 20,000 + % of implemented objects;
• Working hours: from 8:00 to 17:00, 2 weekends (Saturday and Sunday );

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in the field of construction.
• Experience as a project manager/chief project engineer.
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation in construction.
• li>Experience in leading a project team.
• Skills in conducting business negotiations and presentations
• Responsibility, attention to details, analytical thinking.

Functional duties:

• Maintenance of objects from the moment of signing the contract to commissioning.
• Ensuring comprehensive planning of order implementation at all stages (formation of the implementation plan-schedule, assembly of equipment for implementation, correspondence with the customer).
• Ensuring the implementation of project goals and objectives (implementation deadlines, order budget, satisfied client).
• Control of mutual settlements with customers.
• Management of document management (control of development of POR, RP, TOR).
• Maintenance of reporting according to the prescribed form.
