Basic responsibilities links:

• Control of compliance at all stages of production.

• Ensuring effective communication between production and management departments.

• Working with the CRM system for planning and controlling processes.

• Team workload management and resource optimization.

• Planning and prioritization of projects taking into account their scope, goals and deadlines.

• Tracking deadlines and ensuring work plans are completed on time by providing updates to managers on each project. Finding solutions to address potential delays.

• Constant monitoring of work processes and provision of progress reports.

We are looking for a person who:

• Has experience working with CRM systems for project managementand control of work processes. (eg ClickUp, Trello).

• Has experience working in a team and good communication skills.

• Able to plan well and prioritize.

• Has experience in solving problems that arise during work on projects.

• Want to delve into and influence technical aspects of team work.

• Speaks English at the A1-B1 level.

• Has a desire to work in the creative field.
