Project manager in RITM

Main duties:

• Planning, coordinating and managing marketing projects from start to finish. li>
• Budget management.
• Control of the execution of tasks within the framework of established deadlines.
• Interaction with other departments of the company to ensure the implementation of projects.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and preparation of reports.
• Management of the team responsible for the implementation of tasks.
• Interaction with external contractors and agencies.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position (preferably in the field of real estate).
• Knowledge of basic marketing tools.
• Experience in project management of various levels of complexity.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to think strategically and make decisions.
• High level of responsibility and the ability to work in multitasking conditions.
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language (knowledge English will be an advantage).
• Understanding the real estate market in Ukraine (optional).
• The job involves full-time work from the office.
