We work in the business sector (B2B) and sell products for the end consumer (B2C). Our clients are commercial and industrial enterprises, agricultural enterprises, corporate clients, state and communal enterprises, gas station chains, car service stations, order desks, online stores, supermarkets, auto shops.

We are looking for a Project Manager.

Who is our ideal candidate:

• Has a basic understanding of modern e-commerce technologies and of marketing;
• Has experience working with marketplaces, price aggregators, online payment and delivery services;
• Has experience with Google services (Analytics, GTM, Search Console, Maps, Youtube);
• Experienced user of Excel, 1C8;
• Competent oral and written language;
• Has an analytical mind and can work with numbers.< /strong>
  
  Functional duties:
  
  ??assistance in supporting projects:
  • participation in online meetings;
  • interaction with the team (coordinating individual issues with employees, explaining tasks to them);
  • formation of technical specifications for contractors regarding development and advertising, control of its implementation;
  • support for concluding contracts with new contractors/services.
    
    Control of the functioning of company projects:
    • analysis of online store activity indicators;
    • response to problems, errors and appeals from portal administration;
    • editing of settings through the site admin panel;< /li>
    • interaction with various information systems of the company (1C accounting system, Binotel telephony, e-mail, messengers, Trello project management system, CRM).
      
      Reporting and record keeping:
      • formation and transfer to the accounting department of invoices for payment for contracted services and services (invoices for software development, online services connected to sites, delivery of goods by carriers);
      • structuring of information, generation of reports necessary for sales analysis and decision-making on expansion of storestime.
