What to have : 

• 2 years of project manager experience; 
• experience in managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized projects (from 3 projects) and fix-price projects; 
• understanding and implementation of all stages of the SDLC; 
• team management experience; 
• understanding and experience of using Agile/Lean principles and their practical implementation in development processes; 
• the level of English is not lower than Upper-Intermediate;
• a high level of analytical thinking and decision-making skills in conditions of limited information.

Main responsibilities: 

• plan projects, resources, budgets; 
• management of project resources, tracking and analyzing quantitative and qualitative indicators of projects and making management decisions; 
• ensuring effective interaction with stakeholders; 
• manage risks on projects; 
• people management (hiring, dismissal, feedback, performance review, people development).
