Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in project management. He is ready to work in a team, results-oriented, proactive, able to make independent decisions and resolve conflict situations.

Working conditions:

• Schedule from Mon to Fri from 09:00 to 18:00
• Trial period 1 month, salary for the trial period - $400
• After the trial period: salary rate 7000 UAH + 10% of the client's payment + Bonus for KPI (Average salary: 36 000 UAH)
• Remote work

The main tasks of the project manager:

• Communication in chats with clients;
• Monthly planning/ week, performance control and KPI;
• Organize coordinated team work, cohesion, motivation, help in difficult situations;
• Work with several projects at the same time;
• Personally accept each stage of the work of specialists and give feedback;
• Coordinating T3 with existing clients, ordering creatives, searching and working with contractors;
• Assisting in the formation of a promotion strategy and a development plan for each client in our company;
• Look for project growth points and suggest ways to optimize/implement them;
• Report on project progress;
• Customer payment control;
• Conducting online zooms with the team, clients, team training.
• Creating recommendations on the website or Instagram
