Main shoes links:

• Organization of educational events for doctors (online and offline);

• Communication with partners and sponsors, search for new ones;

• Preparation of project documentation;

• Distribution of tasks among team members, prioritization of tasks, communication with contractors, lecturers, project partners;

• Formation of the scenario and program of the project, timings and their observance;

• Formation of TK for the team (designer, programmer, marketer, etc.);

• Communication and interaction with related divisions of the company (marketing — development of advertising campaigns, financial department — formation of event budgets, etc.);

• Formation of KP for participating partners, event sponsors, communication with them, information support, reporting after the end of the event;

• Conducting the event and monitoring process participants;

• Maintaining the existing database of partners (working with the database, expanding it).
