- Proficiency in English at the Upper intermediate level;
- Understanding of CMS (WordPress, Shopify, OpenCart - mandatory);
- Understanding of basic UI/UX rules;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies;
- Strong desire to learn and develop to stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies;
- Strong problem solving and communication skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Team planning and coordination skills;
- Budgeting and reporting skills.
 
Will be a plus:
- Sales experience
- Experience in QA and/or UI/UX;
- Experience in SEO, PPC (or any other digital marketing experience);
- Understanding of other required elements of website development (CRM , API, etc.);
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
 
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing project timelines and milestones , to ensure website development is completed on schedule and within scope;
- Coordinating with the development team to implement new features, capabilities and integrations based on client requirements;
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential problems and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth running of the development process;
- Communicating with customers, gathering detailed requirements, providing updates and ensuring that their expectations are met;
- Overseeing quality assurance, testing, debugging and optimization processes pre-launch website operations;
- Documenting project workflows, requirements and best practices for future use and knowledge sharing within the team;
- Managing resources and budgets to ensure efficient use of team members and financial assets;< br/>- Conducting post-launch evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction.
