Project manager in NovaPay

The financial company "NovaPay" (group of companies "NOVA") in connection with the expansion of the staff announces a competition for the vacancy Project manager

Main tasks:

• project management, which will be implemented on the European market: planning, prioritization, control of deadlines, organization of interaction with other departments, team resource management;
• interaction with the Customer (internal and external);
• organizational support of releases from updating software versions and the process after the release of technical support;
• communication with other companies of the "Nova" group of companies within the framework of projects;
• monitoring and management of tasks within the framework of incident management within the framework of the project;
• organization and management of pilot projects within the framework of new software implementation.

Requirements:

• knowledge of project management methodology, the life cycle of software development;
• knowledge of the peculiarities of the banking and financial sector, the payment landscape, technological trends and peculiarities of regulation, both in Ukraine and in the EU an advantage;
• experience with the following tools: PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Asana other tracking systems, visualization tools (Figma, MIRO, Balsamic or similar), experience with agile development management methodologies (Agile, Scrum ).
