IFF "Caritas of Ukraine" is looking for a Project Manager, "Constant support and housing for the elderly and IDPs".

Responsibilities:< /p>

• Management and support of the entire project cycle: continuation of implementation and completion, to ensure effective and efficient implementation, in accordance with quality principles and standards programs of Caritas of Ukraine and the requirements of donors.
• Management and control of the implementation of measures implemented for the implementation of project activities.
• Ability to work in a team, delegate tasks, set tasks for team members, as well as contribute to the development of their potential.
• Determine the needs of colleagues and provide support during the performance of tasks.
• Maintain project documentation, preparation of reports on project implementation, in accordance with the requirements of the Foundation and the requirements of donors.

• Evaluation of project performance, report to program manager and other stakeholders.
• Assist in development and maintenance of tools, instructions, templates and information  for donors.
• Evaluation of project implementation accordingly to the plan, ensuring compliance with project deadlines and budget, solving problems and challenges that arise during project implementation.
• Ensuring effective interaction with all project stakeholders, including partners, financial sponsors, government authorities, local community, etc. .

Requirements:

• Full higher education (preferably in the field of social, medical, legal sciences).
• Availability of professional knowledge in the following areas: social programs, management and administration, medicine, pharmacology, jurisprudence.
• Knowledge of languages: Ukrainian - fluent, English - B2 (Upper Intermediate).
• Experience in using MS Windows and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), applications for web conferences, etc.
• Successful work experience in the field of social programs, medical practice.
• Knowledge of CU programs and the principles of Catholic social teaching is a plus.
