Main tasks:
- Participation in the creation and maintenance of the task plan for the implementation of payment services for the Novaya Poshta mobile application and at branches.
< li style="font-weight: 400">Development of concepts and implementation of new useful elements to improve the user experience (customer journey) in the Nova Poshta application.- Management of projects with implementation and improvement of financial services in online and offline sales channels.
- Participation in the development and agreement of business requirements for new products / software functionality.
- Analysis of the competitive environment in the logistics services market and the provision of a proposal for the improvement of existing and introduction of new payment products and services of the Company.
- Evaluation of efficiency implemented projects.
Requirements for the candidate:
- 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Experience of successful project implementation, related to payment technologies in online and/or offline channels.
- Experience in the development of business products related to their implementation in logistics channels (department, application)< /li>
- Knowledge of the principles of operation of e-commerce products (cards, acquiring, payment systems, etc.).
- Management experience by cross-functional teams of various business units with the involvement of IT.
