Project manager.


Requirements:

  • completed higher technical education (telecommunications, information technologies, general civil construction); 
  • documentary confirmation of certification/heard trainings in the field of project management (required); 
  • experience in conducting projects as a "project manager" accompanied by the development of design, estimate and executive documentation in accordance with the requirements of the state building regulations of Ukraine (required); 
  • mandatory condition - mastery of the Microsoft Excel program only at the level of an experienced user; 
  • mandatory condition – mastery of the Microsoft Word program – at the level of an experienced user; 
  • experience in the preparation (participation in the preparation) of tender documentation for the profile "hardware and software complexes, information systems" for publication on electronic platforms (Prozorro and similar); 
  • experience in preparing tender proposals and documentation for participation in international tenders; 
  • proficiency in English at the level of reading and general understanding of the context of the tender documentation (main terms of the Agreement, qualification and technical requirements). Organization of the translation of the tender documentation text in automated translation systems; 
  • portfolio of at least 3 projects completed in the last three years, in the role of "project manager", in one of the following directions:
  • design and implementation of LAN/WAN, server infrastructure of enterprises and organizations
  • design and implementation of complex security systems of enterprises (SVN, ACS, perimeter protection system);
  • design and implementation of engineering and low-current systems of buildings and buildings (HVAC, video conferencing and sound systems, LAN, telephony);
  • design and implementation of applied information systems for data processing/automation of business processes. 

Areas of responsibility:

Stage "Agreement:

  • management of the team assigned to the development of the technical solution/commercial offer/tender offer/tender documentation/contractual document/estimated documentation ;
  • organization and control of all communication channels in the deal team (keeping minutes, organization of meetings);
  • organization of communication channels of the architecture team with counterparties, contractors when removing the technical task and calculating commercial offers.
  • organization of storage, reporting and accounting in the company's automated corporate resources of all documentary artifacts created at the stage of the agreement;
  • responsibility for compliance with the deadlines for document preparation.

      Commercial proposal (CP):

    • organization and general management of the preparation process by the arch teamiterators of commercial proposals in accordance with the established schedule and deadline;
    • compilation of complex CPs from several separate ones, according to the fact of their calculation by architects and designers;
    • analytical analysis and correction of complex CPs for the absence of distortions in calculations and their compliance with established economic indicators;
    • development of analytical reports on the prepared CPs (on request);
    • drafting of commercial proposals in accordance with the requirements of the templates adopted by the Company.

      Estimates:

      • setting a task to the estimation department to develop estimate documentation based on the approved KP in accordance with the requirements of state building regulations ;
      • tracking the terms of readiness of estimates in accordance with the established deadline;
      • together with the estimating department, reconciliation of prepared estimates (investment estimate, contract price estimate) with the CP, on the basis of which the estimate was developed;
      • together with the estimator, development of analytical reports on the prepared CPs and estimates.

      Tender procedures:

      • analysis of tender tasks, organization and general management of the process of preparing a tender proposal/tender task/commercial proposals by a team of architects and designers. Monitoring the timeliness of tasks that are performed according to the requirements of established deadlines;
      • organization of the preparation and approval within the Company of the draft Contract and other documents necessary for the preparation.

      Preparation contractual document:

      • receipt from the seller of the main conditions of the future contractual document;
      • placing an application for the development of a Contract document in the Company's legal department;
      • composition of the Contract document, organization and control of the process of approval of the contract document prepared within the Company.


      Terms of use:
