Project manager in RSA

We are looking for a Project Manager for our Customer - the largest music label of Ukraine, who will be responsible for:

- Partner management of artists: Provision of services according to the terms of the contracts, quality control of the services provided;

- Artist development strategy: Development and implementation of strategies aimed at growth and increased monetization of artists;

- Cooperation with departments and contractors: Effective work with all departments of the label and contractors to achieve common goals;

p>- Setting up the structure of the department: Optimization and improvement of the structural processes of the department;

- Department development plan: Development of tactical plans for the development of the department and their continuous improvement;

- Joining new artists: Joining new talents to the label;

- Creative thinking: Constant generation of new ideas and search for new opportunities for development;

- Budgeting: Department budget management;

- Reporting: Regular reporting on department activities and results;

- Digitization of processes: Implementation of digital solutions to optimize department processes.
