We are looking for a person who:

• Has a level of English that is sufficient for effective communication with clients and explaining complex concepts in simple words.

• Has 1 year of experience as a Project Manager.

• Has a general understanding of Klaviyo and e-commerce platforms (preferred but not required).

• Quickly generates ideas and solutions that will interest the client.

• Able to accept constructive criticism and able to analyze mistakes.

• He is a great team player.

• Effectively plans his time and sets prioritiesnumber of tasks.

• Has a high level of responsibility.

• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.

• Possesses analytical thinking and the ability to make sound decisions.

• Has experience with CRM systems and project management tools (preferred).

• Has the skills of effective business correspondence.
  
  

The responsibilities of a Project Manager at IMPRO include:

• Interaction with clients through communication platforms (n.d. Slack, Telegram) and holding planned meetings in Google Meet for optimal planning and coordination of cooperation.

• Determining goals together with the client and developing a strategy to achieve them in business.

• Coordination of team work, creation and distribution of tasks.

• Preparation of reports based on the results of the work performed. Analysis of reports and finding ways to improve together with the team. And presentation of the report to the client. 

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet deadlines.

• Analysis of work results and a proposal for ways to optimize them.

• High-level customer service supportfreedom due to timely and high-quality performance of tasks.

• Introduction of new tools and technologies to improve team productivity.

• Quality assurance at all stages of project implementation.

• Monitoring compliance with the contract and agreed project indicators.

• Team motivation and creation of a favorable working environment.
