Project manager in Systemno Agency

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. 

Systemno marketing agency is a full cycle agency with 3 years of work experience

Who we are looking for:

Project Manager who knows how to work with the construction of projects and work processes

Functional duties:

1. Development of the project timeline and control of project deadlines

2. Interaction with the team and customers

3. Building the project work process in Notion

4. Task setting, control of execution and quality of task execution

5. Troubleshooting and “Firefighting”

6. Calculating the budget and invoices, monitoring the implementation of the project within the budget

7. Communication with the team

Professional skills:

1. Project work experience of 1 year or more (preferably in the field of ecom fintech, edtech)

2. Understanding of general management

3. Knowledge in the field of project management

4. The ability to work under conditions of multitasking

6. Strategic thinking

7. Ability to work with people and negotiate

8. The desire and ability to find out and understand any process

Knowledge:

- all planners: knowledge, asana, trello, etc. - a must? mandatory

- working with Notion, Google spreadsheets - mandatory
- Ukrainian, English
