We are looking for a person who will ensure the implementation of mental health and psychosocial support projects in accordance with work plans and budgets, and will also ensure timely information management and reporting. This position requires fluent written and spoken English (from C1 and above). DUTIES 1. Project Management (60%)Responsible for establishing and maintaining effective program management and ensuring progress by adhering to project documents, logical structure, budget, activity plans and donor requirements.Providing project management guidance and supporting operations team in planning, implementation, monitoring and reviews .Overseeing ECHO projects including timelines, metrics and budget.Providing support to the ECHO Program Manager.Coordinating and managing regular operations team meetings to ensure projects are progressing as planned.Consolidating and coordinating all inputs to prepare final external reports including assurance quality in accordance with standard operating procedures and rules of donors. Control of the implementation of minimum PGI and MHPSS standards. 2. Program development (10%) Facilitating the development of project ideas and concepts together with the MHPSS unit team and MHPSS partnersParticipating in the search for interested parties, networking and identifying new funding opportunitiesApproval and development of project documentation and proposals3. Monitoring and evaluation (10%)Regular control of budget expenditures in close cooperation with the financial specialistTracking and regular updating of project indicators in close cooperation with PMEL teamsDevelopment of necessary monitoring tools and control of their use4. Coordination, information and communication (20%) Joint coordination meetings with the coordinator Liaise with other national Red Cross Red Crescent Societies working on the project Coordinate and coordinate with the MHPSS operational coordinator and the operational team The above tasks and responsibilities are indicative and may vary depending on the needs of the organization and projects. REQUIREMENTS Education in project management or mental health (psychology, social work or other related field) OR at least one year of experience in the humanitarian sector.
