Project "Supporting a dignified life for internally displaced persons with with limited mobility“.
is multisectoraland will have the following activities:
1) Small and medium repairs of collective centers.
2) Protection activities in collective centers (case management, legal support, "Money for protection").
3) Care at home.
The project will be implemented in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the implementation and support of project activities in close collaboration with local organizations and partners.
- Ensure regular communication with other national office departments and partners, facilitating timely and holistic information exchange between all parties.
- Organize data collection and verification, and provide updates/reports on project performance from all internal departments/departments and local organizations.
- Prepare key project implementation reports, ensuring their compliance with the donor's standards.
- Analyze risks: collect information, create and update the risk register upon request.
- Coordinate the planning (providing documentation and logistical support) of field visits by the manager, project team, and partner representatives. Organize translation for donor representatives, record visits.
- Provide support to the project manager in the preparation of the budget upon request.
- Control expenses, check the correctness of documentation, in particular, and financial, ensure compliance with reporting procedures.
- In cooperation with the project manager, monitor progress, challenges and key events related to the implementation of the project in accordance with the schedule and financial plans.
- Translate and prepare project documentation in English at the request of the manager.
- Organize events, meetings, prepare presentations, keep minutes of meetings.
- Organize project documents in cloud environments, update files and transfer them to local organizations for methodological support and performance of indicators.
- Collect information on training needs, organize supervision for employees of local organizations.
- Read draft contracts with contractors on the subject of compliance with the contract with partners, to monitor the nuances in the itemcontract with partners, contractors and inform the manager about it in order to ensure control of the execution of contractual relations.
- Participate in revision and/or modification of the project (if necessary).
- Monitor timely completion of project tasks and assignments by involved participants.
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Experience as a coordinator or project assistant - from 1 year. Preference is given to candidates with experience in international or charitable organizations.
- Availability of professional knowledge in the social or humanitarian sphere.
- Knowledge of the basics of project management: understanding of the project life cycle, planning and monitoring methods.
- Document management skills.
- Knowledge of humanitarian policies and standards.
- Languages: Ukrainian - fluent, English - level B2.
- Proficient in digital tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as data visualization tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) and the online environment.
Personal qualities and skills:
- High organization and attention to detail, ability to plan working hours and determine priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and coordination skills (especially when working with different groups).
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, prepare and present information to different target audiences;
- Adaptability, proactivity and responsibility.
