Project Management Office in NIBULON, TOV SP

The NIBULON company is one of the leading agro-industrial companies in Ukraine, which specializes in the cultivation and export of grain crops

To increase efficiency and innovation in the company, we are looking for an ambitious Project Management Office

Responsibilities:

• Management of the portfolio of automation projects: planning, control of terms, budget, resources
• Implementation of a transparent system of prioritization of projects and management of dependencies
• Construction of regular management reporting (status, risks, workload, finances)
• Coordination of PM/BA/developers, synchronization of teams and departments
• Development of PMO: standards, templates, rules, approaches
• Implementation of project management in business areas (after stabilization of the IT portfolio)

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience of managing a portfolio or project program (from 10+ active initiatives simultaneously)
• Experience of automation projects (ERP/CRM/BI/document flow/integrations/logistics systems, etc.)
• Ability to work with budgets, resource planning, financial metrics
• Experience with project management systems (Preferred: Jira)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Would be an advantage:

• Practical startup/implementation experience project approach or PMO
• Experience in agriculture/logistics/manufacturing or a large company with an extensive structure
• PMP / PMI / IPMA / Agile / Lean certifications
• Experience in implementing ERP or large-scale transformation programs
