Duties:
RMO functions:
- Implementation and updating of the project management methodology with monitoring of its compliance.< /li>
- Formation and administration of the financial directorate's project portfolio.
- Preparation and updating of the register of projects and consolidated reporting on their status.
- Assistance to managers in the formation of project documentation.
- li>
- Control and support in the management of financial directorate projects at all stages: initiation, planning, implementation, control, budget management, determination of the scope of work and resources, formation of project documentation (passports, plans-graphs, status reports, meeting minutes , final reports).
- Preparation of materials for project approval.
- Coordination of team work, ensuring fulfillment of customer requirements and compliance with deadlines.
- Cooperation with stakeholders, organization of meetings, meetings and presentations.
- Ensuring the quality of work performance and achieving key performance indicators.
- Solutions to problems that may arise during project implementation.
- Presentation of project results.< br/>
- Experience in project management from 2 years.
- Experience in a manufacturing enterprise will be an advantage.
- Specialized courses in business analysis and project management .
- A PMP certificate or other project management certificates will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of 1C, Power BI, Visio, office suite.
- Practical experience in project management and knowledge of methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage risks and implement changes.
- Work in one of the TOP-10 agricultural companies of Ukraine.
- Flexible work schedule (8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00, office at Podolia).
- Official employment according to KZpP.
