Project management manager in ALAN, TOV

Large trade and production company "ALAN", the leading Ukrainian producer of sausage products (TM "ALAN") invites a project management manager.

Responsibilities:

• management of FMCG, Retail IT projects;
• coordination of the implementation of new SFA, ERP systems and their integration with existing business processes;
• organization and implementation of digital transformation projects enterprises;
• implementation of solutions to increase the efficiency of production and business processes;
• cooperation with heads of departments, technical specialists and external contractors;
• control of terms, budget and quality of project execution;
• analysis of business needs and selection of optimal IT solutions to meet them;
• preparation of technical and business documentation;
• organization of staff training on the use of new IT solutions.

Requirements:

• professional higher education - desirable;
• experience in IT project management (from 1 year);
• experience of implementing SFA, ERP systems and their integration with business processes;
• experience of working with automation of reporting and business processes;
• understanding of production processes and the specifics of FMCG, Retail work will be an advantage;
• experience in interaction with developers, technical specialists and business users;
• analytical thinking, communication skills, the ability to solve complex tasks.

• working hours: 08:00 - 17:00 preferably, Mon-Fri; (possible: hybrid schedule) in adaptation.
