The service is part of the EVO-Rozetka group, which is used by millions of Ukrainians every day. RozetkaPay solutions are already used by Rozetka, Prom, Vchasno, Bigl, Shafa, Volonter by Prom, Vodafone, Robota, Yakaboo and other partners.
We are looking for a Project Lead (FinTech), who will lead the implementation of strategic projects for large clients and internal partners of the group. This is a role for those who think systematically, confidently work with enterprise stakeholders and know how to turn complex business requests into structured, manageable projects in the field of fintech.
The focus is not just a launch initiatives, and building an effective model of interaction between business, product, development, legal and commercial areas. The role also involves mentoring with the prospect of expanding the team, gradually increasing the area of responsibility and potentially growing to Head of PMO.
The main business impact of the role:
Leading integration and product projects for the group's largest partners (Rozetka, Prom, Shafa and others). From initiation to full implementation of the solution.
Building trusting relationships with internal and external partners. Presentation of the project office in the eyes of enterprise clients. Coordination of expectations, priorities and areas of responsibility.
Decomposition of tasks, determination of necessary teams and resources, estimation of cost and implementation terms.
Coordination of development, product managers, legal, financial and back office departments. none">
The control is refinedof solutions, organization of testing, synchronization of launch with all involved parties.
Project Manager's mentorship: setting goals, monitoring the quality of execution, development of management competencies.
- Deep dive into payment processes, integrations and regulatory requirements.

Deep understanding of the payment ecosystem:knowledge of the differences between Ukrainian and Asian payment methods
Leadership and people management:talent management experience or willingness to perform a mentoring role. The ability to take responsibility for the result of the team.
Systematic and structured:ability to work in conditions of a large number of incoming requests anduncertainty Skills of prioritization, risk management and building a transparent process.
