• Conducts performance analysis of implemented projects
• Defines goals and projects, develops detailed implementation plans
• Plans and implements projects to improve operational efficiency
• Monitors progress, analyzes deviations, assesses risks and develops plans to minimize them
• Ensures completion of all project stages from start to finish
