• Determining the goals and objectives of the project, developing detailed implementation plans
• Ensuring the implementation of all stages of the project from from start to finish
• Planning and management of human, financial and material resources
• Attracting the necessary specialists and suppliers to fulfill project tasks
• Monitoring the progress of project implementation, identifying deviations from of the plan
• Conducting inspections and testing at various stages of project implementation
• Conducting risk analysis, calculating their possible impact on the project and developing plans to minimize them
• Preparing regular reports about the status of projects for the management of the enterprise
• Ensuring compliance of the performed works with quality standards and safety requirements
