In the framework of the "Support for Digital Transformation" (DTA) project, the Eastern Europe Foundation announces a tender for a contractor to provide the services of a specialist in implementation and support for the project of the information and communication system for managing an apartment building.
Term of service: 9 months.
Format of cooperation: mixed (online / offline). Preference is given to candidates who are in Kyiv and can work in the office no less than 2 (two) days a week.
Service Involvement: Full.
Primary Tasks and duties:
- maintain constant communication with users via e-mail, phone, chatbots and other means of communication to promptly respond to their requests and needs;
- solve technical and functional problems encountered by users while working with the system;
- form lists bugs, suggestions and user requirements, maintain relevant documentation;
- regularly log incidents;
- hold regular meetings (online calls) with interested parties to find out user requirements for information systems and communicate with the developers of the information system; communicate with all stakeholders involved in project implementation, in particular with representatives of state bodies, developers, etc.;
- prepare training materials, instructions and manuals for system users and update them in accordance with system updates;
- conduct educational trainings and seminars on using the system for all management participants multi-apartment building (users of the system), explain in detail the functions of the system;
- prepare answers to common user questions to upload them to the FAQ section on the SUBB portal;
- develop and/or participate in the development of test and project documentation;
- conduct functional and/or user testing of the information system, conduct bug tracking.
ul>Requirements for contest participants:
- more than two years of experience in similar work, including software implementation or technical support;
- ability to communicate clearly and politely, explain technical issues in plain language;
- ability to work effectively both independently and in a team, simultaneously performing several tasks;
- confident use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, as well as work with other Internet resources and systems;
- good understanding of the main stages of software development and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles;
- basic knowledge of e-democracy and e-services forpopulation and business;
- high level of organizational, communication and analytical skills;
- fluency in the Ukrainian language and working knowledge of the English language;
- experience in teaching and training and/or seminars on the use of software;
- experience in writing / reviewing educational materials, instructions and/or manuals for software users;
- work experience with documentation management and bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.);
- experience in working with electronic services for the public and/or business will be an advantage.
