Project HR manager for professional development and motivation of personnel in KIT Group

Now we need a Project HR Manager on professional development and staff motivation.

Our candidate:

• has experience in the HR field and understands HR processes ; 
• knows how to implement and support the system of non-material motivation;
• knows how to work with personnel reserves;
• has a high level of communication skills, structured thinking
• li>has time management skills;
• has experience or understanding of project management;
• has skills in budgeting project costs, managing plans, releases;
• has a desire to develop in this direction.

Responsibilities:

• creation and management from 0 of the project "career growth and intangible motivation";
• development and implementation of programs and projects aimed at finding and developing effective and productive employees capable of taking on more responsible positions in the company; 
• identification of employees who have the opportunity to reveal their potential in other activities in the company;
• creation and implementation of a motivation system (material and immaterial);
• creation of a card program annual growth and personnel reserve of employees, the company;
• implementation and development of corporate culture;
• planning and implementation of activities aimed at improving the microclimate within the company;
• organization and implementation internal team-building corporate events that will help unite and rally the team;
• budgeting of costs for programs and projects;
• preparation of regular reports on projects.

• work schedule: Mon-Fri 09:00-18:00;
• comfortable office in Kyiv, next to Art. metro Pecherska;
• the possibility to work in a hybrid format;
• stable financial reward 2 times a month (the salary level is discussed at an interview with the manager);
