Project engineer (Project Engineer) in ZOA

ZOA-an international humanitarian organization founded in the Netherlands, which provides emergency assistance to people who have suffered from conflicts and natural disasters. In 2025, ZOA operates in 14 countries. 

In March 2022, ZOA launched an extraordinary program in Ukraine for internally displaced persons in the Transcarpathian region, providing multi-purpose money assistance (Multi-Purpose Cash Assist. Under the guidance of the ZOA project coordinator, the engineer of the project performs:

• Assessment of damage to private homes affected by hostilities
• Assessment of poor-quality private housing in which IDPs live, to determine the needs for insulation and/or repair
• the cost of costs for each Visits during repair work
• Analysis of reporting provided by the beneficiary on the completed work
• Visits after completion of work to check the quality of execution
• Carry out market prices for building materials

competencies

Knowledge and Experience

• Higher Education in the Specialty" Construction and Civil Engineering "or other appropriate specialty related to construction
• 3-4 years of experience in a technical engineer, including damages, construction work and training of MICROSE. and Excel
