Main responsibilities :

• Organization of the process of production of educational materials (work with content authors, designers, videographers) and quality control at each stage.
• Student processing: management and support students, including the reverse communication about educational products.
• Organization of webinars/workshops and other educational events.
• Publishing and promotion of articles, lectures and other content.
• Management of social projects companies contributing to the development of the HR community.
• Support and expansion of the company's technical infrastructure to ensure scalability and ease of use.
• Using innovative AI-based tools to automate processes and increase efficiency.

Omain requirements:

• Organizational skills: ability build processes from scratch, organize team work and monitor task performance.
• Proactivity and independence: ability to take initiative and perform tasks "with your own hands" without the need for constant supervision.
• Experience in project management or operational processes.
• Skills for working with innovative technologies, in particular the desire to use AI-based tools.
