In connection with the expansion, we invite to our team a Head of project development of the School of Nutrition and Dietetics. We offer professional development and the opportunity to work in a team with many years of experience. 

We are currently looking for an ambitious and motivated Project Development Manager who will be able to expand our educational programs and bring the school to a leadership position on the market.

BALANCE is a multi-level school ofdietology and nutritionology, which is based on the basis of a center of psychological assistance with official European certification! 

Requirements:

• Work experience of at least 2 years in positions (project manager , marketing director, strategic manager, development project manager, project management director);
• Negotiation skills;
• Leadership qualities;
• Motivated for development and result-oriented;
• High level of self-organization;
• Knowledge of marketing;
• Ability to manage finances;

Responsibilities:

• Market analysis and identification of development opportunities;
• Development and implementation of the company's development strategy; 
• Effective management of the team and participation in its expansion;
• Search and attraction of new areas of customers and partners for cooperation;
• Scaling and possible entry into new markets;< /li>
• Management and creation of new relevant products and services;
• Competitor analysis;
• Preparation and analysis of project implementation reports, performance evaluation and development of recommendations for improvement;

• Implementation of new methods and approaches to improve customer service; 
• Development of marketing campaigns for promotion;
• Conducting negotiations, meetings;
