Project Delivery Manager with knowledge of the German language in Sokolova., FLP

We are looking for a Project Implementation Manager (German)in a European company specializing in development and implementation of modular and frame houses of the new generation. We create energy-efficient houses, combining architectural aesthetics and engineering thoughtfulness. Our production is located in Ukraine (Rivne), and the main sales market and showroom are in Germany (Ehringen).

We are looking for a person who will lead our project direction, become a mentor for the team and the "face" of architectural solutions in front of German clients.

Your tasks:

• Management: managing a team of architects (2-3 specialists), setting tasks, controlling deadlines and quality (Code Review).
• Design: development of architectural concepts of modular houses (from sketch to working documentation) and their adaptation for factory production.
• Standardization: implementation of uniform design standards and participation in the development of a standard line of houses.
• Coordination: interaction with related engineers (KR, OViK, electricity) to create a complete product.
• Communication: communication with customers in German (protection of concepts, coordination of edits).

Our expectations from the candidate:

• German language — B2/C1 and above. This is critical for working with documentation and clients.
• Higher architectural or engineering education.
• Experience in designing from 1 year in a leadership position (Team Lead / GAP).
• Experience in designing modular or frame buildings will be a big advantage.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework (DBN, preferably understanding of Eurocode).
• Leadership qualities: the ability not only to design, but also to organize the work of a team.
