Project coordinator with knowledge of the German language in Adventure World Tours

Requirements for the candidate:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German at B2 level.
• Experience in coordination projects, ideally in the tourism sector.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of complex contexts.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility, resilience and a high level of initiative: You must be able to identify problems and solve problems qualitatively.

Responsibilities:

• Managing projects from conception to successful completion.
• Planning, monitoring and controlling all project phases.
• Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets and quality standards.
• Regular reporting and documentation of project development and progress.
• Facilitating team communication and collaboration.
