Position: Project Coordinator / Project Manager (Wind Energy projects)Location: Kyiv, UkraineWork format: Full-time / Employment AgreementWe have a great career opportunity for a Project Coordinator / Project Manager in an international leading renewable energy company with a representative office in Kyiv Our partner initiates, plans and builds wind and solar projects worldwide. The Company is an independent power producer (IPP) that executes large-scale international projects as a general contractor and takes over technical and commercial management as an asset manager. In addition, our Partner has a technological competence and develops AI solutions for renewable energies. We are currently looking for a responsible and highly motivated Project Coordinator who will be involved in the company's day-to-day operations activities in its renewable energy projects (wind , solar, biomethane) in the development, construction and operation phases. Main Responsibilities: Create and manage project plans, including budget and timeline Facilitate and document internal and external project development meetings Monitor the execution of project development tasks, providing regular reports on progress Maintain an organized project library, actively managing document flow and recording the status of all project documents Ensure the timely approval of agreements and oversee the invoicing process in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Coordinate efforts between engineering and land management teams to optimize design and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Arrange procurement processes, including the selection of contractors for development services and participation in contract negotiations Serve as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating project status to all participants Qualifications and professional experience: 2-5 years' work experience in the implementation of energy or infrastructure projects Fluency in Ukrainian and English Excellent Microsoft Office skills Personal qualities: Energy Transition Enthusiast Proactiveness Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication skills, analytical and systems mindset We offer: Competitive salary and official employmentOpportunity for career growth in an international renewable energy companyBeing a part of Ukraine's energy transitionWorkplace in a modern office in KyivIf you are a proactive and detail-oriented professionall with a passion for renewable energy projects, please send your CV to [email protected] with the subject "Project Coordinator / Project Manager" and our Recruiters will provide you with more detailed information about the offer.
