Coordinator of the Reboot project in Red Cross Ukraine

The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCSU) is announcing a vacancy for the position of Specialist in coordination of online services.

TCHU is thousands of people all over Ukraine who make the world a better place every day. /strong> will coordinate the online services of the Reboot project, including program management, team supervision and leadership, and reporting, ensuring timely and professional completion of tasks. The role involves engaging with stakeholders, leading program implementation and supporting team development to achieve optimal employment outcomes for beneficiaries.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversees the day-to-day operations of the Reboot project online services, preparing project schedules, resources, equipment and information and ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and to high quality standards.
• Coordination with the National CHW Committee and partner National Red Cross Societies, ensuring adherence to CHW policies, procedures and financial standards.
• Work collaboratively/complementarily with stakeholders and employment service providers to develop services that deliver the best possible outcomes employment for project participants.
• Providing advice to members of the "Reboot" project team on the implementation, processes and goals of the employment program and micro-enterprises.
• Establish and maintain relationships with businesses to facilitate employment and internships for beneficiaries, as well as understand their hiring needs and coordinate training programs accordingly.
• Develop a methodology for online specialists services of the Reboot project, holding regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Ensuring access to training and professional development opportunities for team members in coordination with the National Committee of TCHU.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project activities.
• Monitoring the progress of beneficiaries at all stages and adjusting project activitiesand guidance based on feedback and results to ensure continuous improvement.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Work with other departments ( e.g. Communications and Information Support Department, Housing and Shelter Department, PMER Department)
• Performing other tasks at the request of the manager related to the department's activities.
