Main functionality:

• Strategic and tactical development of the direction (planning, sales forecast, risk calculation, etc.);
• Study of the product sales market situation, SWOT analysis of the product, analysis of competitors on the market (analysis of the markets of Ukraine and Europe);
• Work with personnel (management, control, assistance in the work of managers);
• Conducting negotiations with suppliers, customers, representatives of state bodies;
• Financial planning, forecasting, analysis of economic indicators of work, and drawing up relevant reports/plans;
• Providing SEO reporting

Requirements for the candidate:

• Ability to bring a new product to the market of Ukraine and Europe;
• High organizational skills and team management experience;
• Experience and skill in strategic planning, risk calculation;
• Experience in the production, preferably agricultural sector, experience in sales;

• High self-organization, responsibility, and focus on results;
• Conversational level of English;
